Bringing the Joy of Play to Every Stage of Life

Play to Heal creates sensory play experiences — starting with hands-on slime-making workshops — that help older adults relax, reconnect, and rediscover a little wonder.

Our Mission

Play doesn't have an age limit

We started Play to Heal because we believe the benefits of play — joy, focus, connection, calm — shouldn't end at childhood. Our workshops bring the simple, tactile pleasure of slime-making into senior living communities, giving residents a creative outlet that engages the senses and sparks conversation.

Every workshop we run and every product we sell helps fund the next visit, the next community, and the next smile.

Our Story

Play Has Always Been a Part of My Life

My love for slime began when I was six years old, fascinated by the creativity of mixing colors and experimenting with textures. One of my favorite memories is playing with slime alongside my grandpa, who brought his own creativity into the experience — showing me that play can connect generations in unexpected ways.

Through my volunteer work at senior centers, I've watched residents light up when they try something new, express themselves, and reconnect with a younger version of themselves. These experiences inspired Play to Heal — a reminder that play doesn't have an expiration date.
